LARRY HAMA

If one name is synonymous with the mythology of G.I. Joe, it’s Larry Hama. From too many file cards to count to the 300+ issue G.I. Joe: Real American Hero comic run that’s still going today, he’s written the origins and stories of so many of our favorite characters. As a writer, artist, actor and musician, Mr. Hama is a renaissance man and prolific creator that we’re pleased to present as our Guest of Honor.

RON WAGNER

This renowned comic artist has built a career illustrating legendary work on G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero and many other classic Marvel and DC series. A regular Assembly Required guest, he’ll be signing, sketching and taking commissions.

This Canadian hip-hop artist with the patented nerdcore style has penned and performed raps about everything from action figures to vinyl records, Transformers to Star Wars, and more — including his all-G.I. Joe-focused album, Welcome To Cobra Island.

JOSH BLAYLOCK

As CEO of Devil’s Due Studios, he helped bring G.I. Joe back from a six-year hiatus — and can be credited with creating Kamakura and Zanya. Both a writer and artist, he’s developed numerous comic projects, including his latest — The Disavowed.
